About Cloud of Hope
A legally registered NGO in Malawi, committed to bringing the love of Christ to the most vulnerable communities through holistic transformation.
Our Vision & Mission
Vision
To create communities where every individual, regardless of their circumstances, has access to quality healthcare and is equipped to overcome the humanitarian effects of disasters and public health emergencies.
Mission
To provide effective and compassionate disaster response and mobile clinic services to underserved communities in Africa, delivering timely and life-saving healthcare, health education, and community resilience.
Cloud of Hope is a legally registered entity under the Malawi Government (Trustees of Incorporation Rules number R.G 20754/IM/5.2005). Its offices are located in Lilongwe's Area 18B, off the Presidential Highway.

From Dzaleka to the Nation
Cloud of Hope was established in 2012 in Lilongwe with a key mission: to respond to emergencies and provide essential health needs in inaccessible areas of Malawi through mobile clinics. Its very first outreach was at Dzaleka Refugee Camp, the largest refugee settlement in Malawi, planting roots that have grown into a long-term community presence.
As the scale and frequency of disasters in Africa has grown, from Cyclone Freddy to cholera outbreaks, Cloud of Hope has expanded its vision. Today it operates across six focus areas: faith advocacy, women's empowerment, youth development, evangelism, theological education, and healthcare.

Two-Campus Ecosystem
Cloud of Hope's long-term vision is built around two interconnected campuses that together form a unified system for ministry, training, and transformation.
City Mission Campus
The planned administrative, media, training, conference, healthcare, and resource mobilization center. It will generate resources, develop leaders, coordinate programs, and support expansion across Malawi.
Chuzu Transformation Campus
Located in Chuzu Village, Dowa District, Cloud of Hope's living demonstration site where ministry programs are implemented, tested, and refined. The community near Dzaleka Refugee Camp was the site of the ministry's very first outreach.
